The World is a strongly affirmative card of completion, fulfillment, and wholeness. Its deeper gift is integration: achievement becomes more meaningful when the lessons, relationships, and personal growth of the path are allowed to belong to you.
The World may describe someone accomplished, integrated, worldly, grounded, and able to see the larger pattern. In shadow, they may be perfectionistic, defined by achievement, or unable to release a goal after it has ceased to be alive.
Complete the cycle with intention. Recognize the achievement, close the open loop, and carry the lesson forward in practical life. You do not need a perfect ending before you are allowed to honor what has genuinely been finished.
Reversed, The World may warn of delayed closure, unfinished work, perfectionism, or difficulty receiving success. Find the actual remaining task and complete it, rather than turning a meaningful ending into endless preparation.
A repeating World can ask where you are withholding recognition from yourself or refusing to let a cycle end. Completion creates space; it does not erase the value of the journey or guarantee that nothing new will be asked of you.
